Who is "Meekucat" anyways?

Well, my actual name is Heather. I use the name Meekucat online because its more memorable.

I consider myself to be a "cat enthusiast".

 

Wait... What?

The title "cat lover" sounds too creepy for me, so I prefer "cat enthusiast"

To me this means that I feel that cats are incredible creatures who have a great capacity for many human-like qualities such as emotion, understanding and overall sentience.

(granted that other animals are just as likely to have these qualities.)

 

What is the point of this site?

I'd like to share pictures, videos, art and stories which are mostly cat related... and more.
